Jobless? Got a lot of time? Why waste when you can learn the answers to all your questions! ;)

YES! the Word of God! I have the Good News Bible which I received from the Church 17 years ago on the day of Holy Communion. I attended Catechism classes as it is called by the Catholic Church for the first 5 years (that was the end and nothing further was ever done at Church). 


Being very honest, I have no clue what I learned from it. All I can remember doing was we were given many questions to learn for the exam, by heart them and put it on paper and then we are said to know the Word! Thankfully my parents made us kids read the Bible at home. They would explain to us if we dint understand yet that was just not enough. Only if I knew about those Bible study classes that friends from other Churches went to. But you know what, God has His timing. He just knew that no matter it was 17 years ago or now, He will bring the Word to me, He would make me want to know about it all! Wow! God sure is amazing in His ways! :)

Very often or every single time we dont have an answer, we ask God to tell us or we make our own answers in our heart to sort of console ourselves or even keep wandering about worrying and stressed about finding it. Oh boy, I missed out so much in the earlier part of my life. For those who still dont know about the Word which is the Bible, it sure is a blessing to read and understand it as that is the only place where you can find the answers to all your questions. This will totally amazr you just as it has to me! Every time I read the New Testament, I would hit my head and say, "Oh there it is!" :D 

I would have read the same verse years ago before I was saved but it would never register in my head. This isnt just me but has happened to many of His children. Why? Because we werent craving to know about it. It is important that we ask for it through His Word and then everything starts to be VERY clear. There is NO room for confusion as it is not from our God! :). Make use of your free time speanding it on the Word. 

Read the Word today.. Read the Word everyday... You could feel lost or wondering trying to understand it but keep reading... its never a burden.. continue fellowship.. get to Bible classes and then know the TRUE meaning of life that He has given! :)

What is your approach to fear?

This morning, as I took my seat in the Tiger Airways flight to Gold Coast, I continued my conversation with God. I asked, "Lord, how many over here KNOWS You?". I dint get an answer. So i asked again, "Am I going to witness something today?". Still nothing. Probably 10 minutes into the journey, the plane starts to shake a bit and then builds up... The captain speaks, "we are going through unknown turbulence and should recover in about 5 minutes. Please continue to keep your seat belts fastened."

What was running in my mind? How did i face that situation? Questions after questions would be arising.

Its been few years since I faced the fact about death. Unavoidable. One day or the other we all have to head back. It never bothered me. I was always ready. I don't fear it anymore. Best experience was last year when the doctor at the visa medical check said, "I suspect you have a faulty heart valve." I still remember the way I smiled at it, at her. She just wasn't expecting that reaction! haha :). i was so light about it. I did the required tests and it came perfectly normal! Praise God yea! :) 

Likewise, the whole plane shook. I saw faces all wrinkled up with fear as I smiled and said to Him, " Aha, now is that Your answer?". My smile broadened as I knew so many out there called His name. Atleast one definitely would have thanked God for bringing the situation in control. God works in His own ways. All we need to do is KEEP OUR FAITH STRONG IN HIM. I went on... "Father, only if they knew You! If they did, they wouldnt be terrified". Some where relaxed. I definitely cant speak out their minds very well but I sure was so relaxed, continuing my little talk with God. And in few minutes, the sky clears as I see the droplets on the window pane. I could feel the beauty in it. Some music played in my head. It was very peaceful. Wow! Calming!  You should have seen the sky at that point. I got reminded of this verse. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."- Proverbs 3:5-6. 

I asked two questions and God answered both. The second went this way. The cabin crew speaks, " we are sorry to announce that we would have to wait atleast 50 mins before the ground staff can get the stairs ready." We were stranded in the flight after landing as all of a sudden the clouds roared with lightening and heavy rain. Again, frustrated souls lingered around but at the same time I saw few like me take the time to enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature, learning and spending time to be positive and patient towards life rather than scourging the situation. That was God saying, "When it is My time, I will get you out safe." 

Try being different. Try seeing the beauty of the Lords creativity. Wow! Being positive or negative about the fear or even anything, is left to us ultimately. We are all unique and beautifully created by the Creator. Perceive it the way you want but make sure you are happy! :)

The stronger the march, the stronger the attack! But the Power of the Lord . . . . read on :)

TRUE! We sure have instances where we wonder.. "oh, everything is just SO perfect" and then all of a sudden.. DANG! A bomb drops from no where! Im sure all of you will definitely agree with me here. Oh yea, I see heads nodding there! ;). Its the 5th day since I was baptized in the Holy Spirit. Each day I am strong and adamant, taking FIRM steps as I walk in the Lord's path. I have already witnessed and continue to witness the attack of the evil. It comes in various forms and makes sure of ONE thing. To attack you using the most loved or most hated or feared form.. basically the things that will hurt you the most in one way or the other! With concern to me, this is through loved ones, snakes, shattered rewards and probably many more. 


Loved ones.... hmmm :) they are God's gifts to you on Earth. Last morning I had this dream of a loved one mailing me saying "I am not doing good. I wish you were there. Do pray for me." I woke up with a heavy heart but I prayed for him and I became perfectly fine since I know God is in control! BUT if given the chance for the devil to work (DON'T)... IT WILL ON THEM! This morning I woke up shaken after a dream about being attacked my snakes. I could literally see them clearly piercing into my flesh. 


I spoke to mature Christians regarding these dreams. They said, "it is the Holy Spirit working to HEAL you on those areas in your flesh that bring you pain in one way or the other, making it diminish to dust so that you are COMPLETELY healed in HIM". I have learned that it is just not easy to rebuke the evil spirit if you haven't received the Holy Spirit. The strength and faith needed to do that doesn't come easily because it is not you but the Good Spirit in you that helps push the bad away! The difference then and now is, now your spirit at that very moment shakes in you to say "its evil. rebuke!". That is just so powerful. 

As Im writing this, my eyes slowly fills up yet I take a moment to pray to God... "Father, I know this is from my enemy, our enemy. Fill me with Your Love right now.. fill me with Your Grace right now... so that I may go on with You." and there I rebuked the pain that was developing. WOW! it definitely makes you feel so powerful.. so much in control of those emotions which were once nothing but pain, pain and only pain. You may be thinking that just a while ago she said it is very easy to rebuke and the spirit would tell you but do you see the difference in me NOW? A very emotional easily affected soul is NOW rebuking the bad thoughts and pain in seconds compared to LIVING in them! 

Yeaaa... that is the POWER OF THE LORD! Surrender unto HIM and experience HIS immense blessings! WOW, its just so so so beautiful! :D
